TERMS OF SERVICE

Pay the amount due after the sketch is delivered.
Artwork will be give digitally.
I will not be responsible for loss of the artwork once it has been given.
Customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has the right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eye color change)
Must be paid in USD
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 6 days, or when work has not been completed within 2 weeks
Products cannot be used commercially or claimed as your own
I will only cancel and refund an artwork if I cannot complete it for any specific reason in the moment
Do NOT use my artwork for any AI resources at all

PAYMENTS1. I accept payments in USD. All payments will be taken through Venmo only.
2. You will be given 2 days to pay after a sketch is confirmed. Non-payment within 2 days will result in the commission being cancelled. The sketch may be repurposed later on for someone else.
3. It is the commissioner's responsibility to let me know when the payment has been sent. Sometimes payments will not go through or I will not be notified of them, accidentally causing your commission to be cancelled.CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION1. 2. Visual Reference Guidelines✮ I must be provided with at least one clear visual reference; Please provide the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
✮ If you link to a gallery of your character's artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done the way you would like it. Design interpretations can be wildly different and inconsistent between images.
✮ Depending on the requested artwork, a list of hobbies or daily activities may be requested. Some of my artwork(s) thrive off of a related background to the character.REVISIONS1. You have the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
2. You have right to a small amount of minor edits after completion. This includes things such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail.REFUND POLICY
1. I as the artist am allowed to cancel at any time. If this happens, the client will receive a full refund.
2. You as a client are allowed to cancel at any time. The amount refunded will be determined by how much of the artwork is already done.✮ Sketch: 100%

✮ Complete: 0%IMAGE COPYRIGHT1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. You, the client, may not claim the artwork as your own or use it for anything other than personal use.
2. All artwork from me is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in any printed merchandise or as a promotion of goods or services is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.
3. Conditions for Reposting✮ The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they like, so long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.4. Prohibited Actions✮ Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
✮ Using my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
✮ Claiming the artwork as your own.If these terms are found to be broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.WORKFLOW PROCESS1. I work best when given multiple references for your character, as well as any specific scene or pose. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some closely altered version to fit my style(s).
2. I most likely will not give you an estimated completion date. This is more for myself as I will stress over a deadline, and then the artwork will not be completely in the best way I can make it.
3. Works in Progress (WIPS). I will send any wips to the to my client over discord.✮ Once the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the client requests additional edits after the approved sketch, they may be rejected if they are not minor changes.
✮ If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the visual references, I will make those edits with no argument.If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.
